1. Set up a new post and enter a title for it. Now click on the little Film-Strip Icon on the toolbar next to the Add Image icon. When your mouse rolls over it you can see it reads Add Video.
2. When you click the Add Video button it'll bring up a new pop-up window with the title Add a Video to your Blog Post. Simply click the Browse button to select a video file suitable for the web from your computer (make sure it's less than 100mb, but the smaller the better for speed of uploading and rewatching: around 2mb per minute is the norm).
You'll also be asked to give the video a name. Click the box that you agree to their Upload Terms and Conditions and then click the Upload Video button. It might take a few minutes for the data to upload, during which time you can add any text or other information you want to the blog post.
3. Once the video is fully loaded onto the blog, you'll be able to click the Publish Post button. Below you can see a video I uploaded into this post, as an example.
