2. First Thing's First.

Okay, first thing you'll need to do is set up your blog account.

1. First you'll need to set up a gmail email account if you don't already have one. Go to www.blogger.com/start and click on the Create A Blog button. You'll be asked to create a Google Account. Enter an email address that you already have as well as a password and username (which will be visible from your blog) as instructed. Click Continue

2. You will be asked to name your blog. This is the name that will appear as the title of your blog, though it may be changed later if necessary. You will also now need to decide on the address of your blog. Try choosing a memorable and unique name and enter it in the field provided. Click the check availability button and change your blog title if your previous choice is unavailable.


Your choice of address will be what appears in the address bar in the viewer's web browser.
i.e. www.thenameofyourblog.blogspot.com

Once you are done, enter the word verification code and hit Continue.

3. The last step in your blog creation process is to pick a template for your blog. You are given 12 options to start with, but don't agonise too much about your choice. It is editable later on, and any time you want. For simplicity choose either Minima or Minima Dark. Hit Continue once you've made your choice.

4. The final screen you'll see will confirm that your blog has been created. Hit Start Blogging to continue. You have now created your blog!
